We don’t have a dehydrator thinger yet so we have real simple snacks and lately its all carrots and apples for us!
Mum says its super important to eat ALL the carrot ESPECIALLY THE LEAFY HEAD!!
we eat the carrot and mum puts the carrot leaf in our morning smoothies with everything else.
Mum says some genius named Markus Rothkranz says the nutrients are all in the leaves so we make sure we NEVER throw out or compost the leaves it all goes in the smoothies!
here’s Wednesday trying a few, she says they’re all “alicious”.
